Russians are leading in terms of investments in Bulgaria

In 2018, foreign investors have invested in Bulgaria more than € 1.5 billion, portal “Russian Bulgaria” reports. This is 10.3% more than in 2017. The chief manager of Holiday Properties of ARCO REAL ESTATE, Veselin Marinov highlights that over the past two years property prices in Bulgaria have been increasing moderately.

 

Stability in the market means 10-15% growth per year. The projects are not standing still, there is an active construction, especially in Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria.
